Salsa Verde
Ingredients

| 20g | Parsley |
| 1 Cloves | Garlic (minced) |
| 20g | Capers |
| 1 tbsp | Sherry or White Wine Vinegar |
| 1 tsp | Sea Salt |
| 1.5 tsp | Dijon Mustard |
| 100ml | Olive Oil |
Instructions
- Chop the herbs and garlic, mixing with sea salt, until very fine.
- Add the mustard and capers, and combine. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the olive oil.
- Add the vinegar, little by little, stirring and tasting as you go.
