Ingredients

2Avocados (ripe)
1/2Red Onion
HandfulFresh Coriander (chopped)
1Lime (juiced)
1/2 tspHot Chilli Sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the stones, and then scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and coriander before adding it to the bowl.
  3. Add the lime juice and hot chilli sauce to the bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix together.
